On today’s show, I’m joined by the uber-talented Josh Stockdale (@joshstockdalee). Josh is the Co-Founder of the award-winning creative and production agency, Dream Beach Media.

@joshstockdalee | Dream Beach Media | PM the Band on YouTube | Wolt Sunglasses

As well as working with his lifetime best mate, Josh has travelled to 27 plus countries in three years, doing creative shoots for world famous brands including MTV, Panasonic, STA Travel and Vita Coco.

Dream Beach has also partnered with countless tourism boards, such as Visit Australia and Visit Malta.

Alongside running this super successful agency full-time, Josh and his business partner Alex have also been busying themselves with the launch of two amazingly successful Kickstarter campaigns.

The most recent of these was Wolt: A sunglasses brand which creates beautiful travel glasses that look sexy, have foldable frames, and even contain a GPS tracking device in their case!

Prior to Dream Beach, Josh and Alex were part of a really successful boy band called :PM, and they did a UK tour with The Vamps. Together, they played in front of thousands of adoring fans at amazing venues like The O2.

Somehow, he’s done all this and continues to do all this while still making time for his wonderful family and beautiful girlfriend.

In our chat together, we cover a huge array of topics, including how to 10X your network; how to successfully run a business; how to hire amazing talent; and what it takes to REALLY run a successful company.

Enjoy!
